David Meyer has extensive experience in the representation of buyers and sellers in real estate purchase and sale transactions. The firm represents buyers and sellers of raw land, residential tracts, apartments, condominiums, hotels, industrial parks, shopping centers and office buildings. David Meyer Law negotiates and documents real property acquisitions and dispositions, and assists its clients in conducting the “due diligence” investigations required for purchase and sale transactions. This often includes investigations regarding the environmental and physical condition of real property and improvements, lease review and title, land use and zoning issues.
I have represented Pulte Homes Corporation in the acquisition of raw land from central California to the Oregon border.
I also have purchased Class A office buildings in Los Angeles, sold restuarants and sold an industrial park in the San Francisco Bay Area, in what was the largest real estate transaction of that year in the Bay Area.
